TRAINING
All the staff is provided a one week off the job induction training and further on the job trainings. The new staff will be familiarizes him/herself with the industry and organizational profiles, his/her roles and responsibilities, products and services, methodologies, and other monitoring tools. We support our staff with further capacity building programs and workshops. We deploy staff development initiatives aimed at realizing an individual’s potential and consequently, maximize the productivity of our employees, maintaining the least employee attrition rate.
